At the beginning it was hard to figure out how to get drivers, have enough shifts for everyone etc… when we start using Yello we were able to get drivers in the busy periods and reduce them in the quite days. When we had any questions or issues, they were always on hand to assist. Even in the event of someone canceling the shift 5m prior to the start, they were very proactive and the Yello team have called us and sent us an emergency driver in 1/2h saving the night!!!!
